Clare (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She believes everyone deserves a space where they can explore and grow into their authentic selves without judgment.
Clare is a compassionate therapist specializing in working with children ages 3+ and young adults. Her expertise encompasses anxiety and depression, children’s behavioral issues, and navigating major life transitions. Clare's approach is deeply rooted in understanding the cultural and developmental nuances that shape each individual, allowing her to tailor her therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of her clients while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
In her therapeutic practice, Clare integrates a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and family therapy. With a background in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Towson University, Clare brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Beyond her professional commitments, Clare enjoys immersing herself in travel adventures, writing short stories, and exploring new restaurants.
