Lindsey (she/her) is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She believes that all of us can live joyful, connected, and balanced lives.

Lindsey enjoys working with families, couples, and individuals. She works with kids as young as three. Lindsey’s areas of specialty include: intercultural/interreligious couples, immigrant and expat families, middle schoolers, kids under 6, and entrepreneurs in family owned businesses.

She is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, certified as a Foundational level Theraplay practitioner, and a RYT-200. Lindsey worked as a teacher and educational administrator prior to becoming a therapist. As a therapist she has worked in crisis intervention, school based therapy, and program administration.

Originally from North Carolina, Lindsey studied Spanish and German and has lived in the D.C. area for over ten years. One of her favorite things to do is explore the city by bike.

Lindsey is a proud Richmond Spider and has a B.A. in Global Politics and Diplomacy. She received her M.Sc. in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland. Lindsey has an EMBA from Quantic School of Technology and Business. Learn more about Lindsey at her website.
