Leah (she/her) is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She believes that relational and mental health are essential to well-being and wants to create a positive space where clients can work towards their goals.

Leah is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She believes that relational and mental health are essential to well-being and wants to create a positive space where clients can work towards their goals.

Leah is passionate about working with couples to improve their relationships and work through their difficulties. Her areas of experience include life transitions, relationship conflicts, and providing LGBTQ+ inclusive and culturally competent therapy.

Leah focuses on helping you identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and finding new tools that you can implement to create positive change in your life.

Leah has completed training with Postpartum Support International for certification in perinatal mental health. She has helped many couples and individuals with making decisions about having children, the transition to parenthood, and healing from difficult pregnancies and birth experiences. She is also trained in cognitive processing therapy and Gottman couples therapy (level 1).

Leah is originally from New Hampshire. She studied Sociology and Psychology at Bowdoin College and received a M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies: Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. In her free time, Leah enjoys reading, cooking, drinking tea, and spending time with friends and family.
