LJ Pelham (she/her) believes that effective therapy leads to personal growth, healing, self-forgiveness and self-acceptance, and provides tools for enduring love and deep connection.
LJ is pursuing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She is especially passionate about working with couples and families as they strengthen their bonds, helping nurture their relationships, and walking alongside individuals who are questioning their faith or navigating the adventure of aging. Her years as a stepmom and experience as a mediator and Collaborative divorce attorney inform her work as a therapist.
LJ brings her warmth and calm to her clients. She is an eclectic thinker who endeavors to view each interpersonal problem from many vantage points. When she is not seeing clients, LJ swims, spends time with her family and two dogs, and homeschools her teenager.
