LJ (she/her) is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes that effective therapy fosters a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, empowering us with tools for resilience, connection, and growth.
LJ enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families, with a particular passion for helping couples and families strengthen their bonds. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals as they navigate questions about their faith or face the challenges that come with aging. Her personal experience as a stepmom, along with her background as a mediator and Collaborative divorce attorney, enriches her work as a therapist, offering a unique perspective on relationships and family dynamics.
Currently pursuing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, LJ helps clients recognize the patterns that prevent them from creating lasting change. With a warm yet direct approach, she provides support to clients making intentional shifts to alleviate anxiety, stress, and depression. In her work with couples, LJ focuses on enhancing communication, increasing understanding, reducing conflict, and nurturing deeper emotional connection.
When she’s not seeing clients (or in class), LJ enjoys swimming, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
