Tenni Idler, Professional Counseling Intern

Tenni (she/her) is completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. She believes that clients already have the tools to create positive outcomes and wants to create a space to help them identify and utilize those tools.

Tenni supports adult, teen, and pre-teen clients in managing overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression and life changes. Tenni has previous experience in community based settings and working with children, adolescents, families and groups. She places emphasis on how culture and identity impact mental health.

 Tenni grew up in Maryland, receiving her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and playing with her dog.
