Do you have a middle schooler that's looking for a summer activity focused on building confidence, developing friendships, and promoting independence? Look no further than the 2023 Epic Quest Summer Camp for Middle Schoolers (completed 6th-8th grade in 2023)!
Middle School is a time for children to explore new interests, discover about themselves, and learn how to navigate the world. It's important to give your “tweens” the appropriate level of autonomy to let them grow. Epic Quest is a hands-on, project-based learning experience led by our licensed child therapists. We believe that children thrive when they are given freedom to lead, therefore we’ve designed this camp around a series of exciting, collaborative quests that will challenge campers to think creatively, work together, and solve real-world problems.
The real world doesn’t come with step-by-step instructions, and our goal is to inspire campers to engage in self-directed, hands-on learning. During the week, campers will work on a series of fun and engaging activities to promote self-discovery and social-emotional growth. We will provide a loose framework for the daily objectives, and it will be up to campers to lead by coming up with their creative solutions. Each day further challenges your child to rely on their intuition and confidence to direct their next steps. The week's activities will culminate in the final event, the ultimate test of campers' creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Not only will campers get the opportunity to focus on their development, but they will also get to foster new friendships, challenge themselves, and build lasting memories. So why wait? Sign up for the Epic Quest Summer Camp for Middle Schoolers today and give your child the gift of an epic adventure.
